“Don't remember the name of the employee (sorry!!) but she'd remember me. I literally dropped a lava lamp while waiting to check out the other day and it was so embarrassing. She was SUPER sweet to me about it though and it was amazing customer service. The store is always clean and freshly restocked, but I would definitely come back from that interaction alone.”
— Tierra Van Steen“I used to go to their old location on Piner Road in Santa Rosa. Now, they have moved to a larger location, with room to grow. I like to shop here because it supports Forgotten Felines of Sonoma County. It’s a good cause. The workers were friendly and helpful, the space was large with lots to look at. I’m definitely coming back when I have more time. You never know what you’re gonna find here! Good price range and selection of stuff.”
— Angela Innes“They're in a new building and everything is well organized, we found things we were looking for and then some. Not as cozy as the old place were you could find treasures in wee corners, but very ample for the great donations they've received for re-purpose by customers. Lots of helpful volunteers and fans shopping for a good deal.”
— Nadine “Nadia” Howard“Lots of hidden gems if you have time to search! Found a new insulated hydroflask cup for $1.50! Friendly staff.”
